Position Overview
We are expanding and looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients in Bulgaria and internationally. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and workforce project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients in construction logistics and industry
- Identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Coordinate recruitment projects in Uzbekistan Nepal India Philippines and others
- Communicate with institutions such as migration and employment agencies
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service quality
- Negotiate terms and expand contracts
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams
Requirements
- Experience in sales account management HR recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English required Russian strong advantage
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Driving license preferred
- Ability to work in dynamic international environment
